An astounding answer to a challenging question – the chair S 360 for large-scale use
Used by the thousands and successfully tested under the toughest conditions, these chairs can be found in trade fair halls, event halls, museums, churches, town halls and cafeterias. They fulfill all the requirements of mass seating: they can be stacked, easily linked, are easy to take care of and are very comfortable. The clever row linking mechanism (Thonet patent) is an especially useful feature. The frames can be connected without any extra parts. This system offers two economical advantages: the comfortable chair width of 58 cm has a row spacing requirement of only 53 cm. This allows more chairs to be positioned on a surface and handling the chairs is so simple that assembly and disassembly times are markedly reduced.
